Hermes Packages

Hermes services are delivered to you via three service packs - Prime, Plus and Pro.

These contain the telephony features & functions that you can use for each extension phone within your business. They provide a choice of features to suit your business size and needs. You can also purchase additional optional features listed under "Hermes Extra".

Our entry-level package is proving popular with BT Feature Line migrating customers and also ideal for small and home offices. There is an easy upgrade path to the next level.

This service pack is suited to customers that have traditionally used BT Feature Line in the past. Other popular applications include, stores / warehouse facilities, home worker, road warrior, satellite office or any multi-site business that have a small number of telephones within each office.

There is a straightforward upgrade path to an enhanced feature rich service pack or indeed the Hermes Extra features and applications.

Designed to fit into the small to medium enterprise space but can accommodate some corporate sized organisations. This is our top selling package.

This service pack tends to be very popular with small-to-medium sized businesses, straight through to corporate sized businesses. The feature set within this service pack has proved popular with the majority of customers - be they single or multi-site businesses.

There is a straightforward upgrade path to an enhanced feature rich service pack or indeed the Hermes Extra features and applications.

A fully featured service pack with advanced group features and unique features to our Hosted IP Telephony service offering.

This service pack is bundled with advanced group features and also unique features to Hosted IP Telephony service offerings. This service pack is generally more geared towards medium to large enterprise clients. However, it has also proved very beneficial to increased productivity within small businesses too.

Hermes Extra features and applications are also available as add-ons to this service pack.

Additional features such as MiPALite - a fully featured call control toolbar embedded in Microsoft® Outlook® and Microsoft Internet Explorer®
