  • How it works:

    When you are: in a meeting, too busy, at lunch… calls are diverted to your special number at  EOS Communications.

    Calls are answered in your company name according to your preferred form of words

    We hold an agreed profile of your Company to enable our team to answer professionally and know (for example) the names of people in your company, the main products/services etc.

    We will screen out (as far as possible) unwanted calls such as cold sales calls if you wish.

    We take messages and send them to you within 15 minutes by email, text, fax or call you with a verbal summary.

    We can divert calls to your mobile and if the mobile is engaged or unobtainable, the call goes to the EOS answering service.
