    Companies regulated by the Financial Services Authority [FSA] are required to record all telephone conversations and electronic communications involving client orders and retain the files for six months. No technical standards have been specified except to say that “all files are readily accessible to the FSA and any changes can be identified”. The Hermes call recording system adheres to the current FSA regulations.
