You can call CRM contacts from the Unity Directory with a mouse click. Incoming calls show a pop-up on your PC monitor with the caller’s number and name. You can transfer calls, put them on hold and set up multi-party conference calls with ease.
The call logs tab instantly shows you the calls: dialled, received and missed. It also shows the time, caller’s number & name (if in your CRM) and you can call back any of these numbers with a mouse click.
