Each licence type gives you a number of features. These are summarised below and shown in detail in the Table – Feature Definitions
Entry level licence providing basic calls in and out, call waiting, annonomous number reject. Ideal for users who do not wish to transfer or forward calls.
The most popular licence. The main additional features are: call transfer, call forwarding (always, when busy, when no answer, when unreachable), hot desking (guest). Ideal for most office users.
This adds a host of features including: remote office, barge-in exempt, simultaneous ring, hot desking (host). Ideal for users who require more control and/or are not always office-based.
This provides a full range of extras including: remote barge-in, Unity Pro, 8-party conference call, shared call appearance and many more. Designed for managers and supervisors.
